The moon phase ritual earrings, were created for the ethereal shieldmaidens, with a deep connection with the moon, and it's ability to make waves in the ocean.
Each pair of moon phase hoops are handcrafted to order, using recycled silver, this allows us to minimise any waste during production. They come with a choice of hand sawn moon phase charms, these are interchangeable which allow you the freedom to personalise your style. The hoops also look lovely without the charms!

Rituals & Traditions:
In some traditions, the cycles of the moon are important to magical workings and rituals. It is believed that the waxing moon, the full moon, the waning moon and the new moon all have their own special magical properties.
The full moon has long had an aura of mystery and magic about it. It is tied to the ebbs and flows of the tide, and is thought to be connected to our wisdom and intuition. Many Pagans and Wiccans choose to celebrate the full moon with a monthly ritual.

Ritual Collection:
They are part of a new collection of interchangeable earrings, called 'Ritual'.
The first set of celestial Charms for this collection is called Luna, inspired by the Triple Moon Goddess symbol. They have been released with other moon inspired pieces.
The charms currently available for this set include the waxing, waning and full moon. They can be swapped around with the changing lunar cycles. Choose the pair of moon phase charms you would like to wear at the checkout.

They will be packaged ready for gifting, with a free Of Land & Sea 'Spell pouch’. This will help to keep your jewellery safe from tarnishing in between wear and is great for taking your pieces with you on your travels!
All of the packaging used by Of Land & Sea is recycled or biodegradable - Please help the notion of recycling by reusing or recycling the cardboard packaging!
